Have Fun Playing World of Warcraft While Advancing the Power Level of Your Horde Character

Want to be an Orc or an Ogre and play with real power? Take the time to pursue a WoW guide and pick up some quick tips on advancing your character. One of my favorite is Joana's WoW Horde Power Leveling Guide 1-70. It's a step-by-step guide directed at all Horde characters on the most intense ways to advance to level 70 and beyond. It's one of the WoW kingdom's most helpful guides. More players attest to it than any other.
This WoW guide originally debuted in 2006 to overwhelming acclaim. It was built by a serious high-level gamer who wanted to share some helpful knowledge and experience. This guide is chuck full of important tips which many beginner and intermediate WoW gamers miss. There is highly detailed strategic info on what you need to know as a Horde character in damage dealing and in casting. The guide contains two parts. The first book is a well-written highly descriptive ebook. I know what you're thinking. Ebooks are snoozers. Not true for Joana's WoW guide. It's attention grabbing and actively involves the gamer reading it. The accompaniment to this is the second part-has some cool video walkthrough which takes you through all of the levels. It's that simple.
Not enough for you? There are also wickedly helpful maps, charts and other info you'll need to quest and conquer.
On top of the Horde Leveling Guide 1-70, there's also a Wrath of the Lich King 70-80 guide which addresses new advancements made to the game. You'll learn where to start to get the most game play for your time. There are more advanced PvP, PvE, and PvM strategies than ever before.
Take a look for yourself. Click here and see why everyone's raving about Joana's horde leveling guide

World of Warcraft PvP Guide - How to Rule WoW PvP Arena

Can't seem to win any arena fights? Craving for those arena items that you feel you will never get? I believe that a World of Warcraft PvP guide can help you achieve that which you seek. In the following report I have put together a WoW PvP arena guide that can make a difference.
Before involving in WoW PvP arena, you must first get some gadgets that will help get faster. Many players don't use macros and keybinds because they are not used to them. Well get used to them either you will never react fast enough to be successful in WoW PvP arena. Also it is very important to use MODs such as MetaHUD, Proximo, CooldownTimers2, TotemTracker, PurgeHelper. These will aid you in your performance in the arena. The keybinds will take time to get used to, so don't try to gradually use them, just use them all at once, you will not regret it. Another very crucial tool to use is Focus, this will enable you to have 2 players selected at the same time. In 2vs2 this is the most important gadget to have, you will then be able to actively track the actions of both of your opponents. You will see in many WoW PvP arena guides that they can't stress enough the importance of Focus.
You must also try and play with the same people each match and be sure to use a voice program. That way you will soon get used to everyone play style. Using voice chat will enable you to call out any crowd control you need, ask for heals if you see you are about to receive damage and other stuff. You must also know your enemy very well, what kind of abilities they posses, their cooldown timers and any other information that will give you and edge.
In arena PvP, a players skills is much more important than his equipment. You will see that in any World of Warcraft PvP guide that they concentrate on making a player better at playing his class. Items have their importance too of course. For example, a damage dealing class shouldn't get items with resilience on them, they should get items that further improve their damage output. Resilience is for tanks and tanks alone. You must train the talents that go best with your team tactics. Don't train like you are solo-ing, in arena the whole team must works as one, else it will crash and burn. Never get into arena without all the stuff you usually use, always ask for any available buffs. Every little bit of boost to your character can make the difference between losing and winning.
When starting an arena fight, don't rush in there, take your time, evaluate the enemy and come up with strategies. Never leave out any spell thinking you don't need to use it. Use every available crowd control you have wisely. Always kill first the weakest classes or healers. I saw people trying to kill a tank and leaving something like a gimpy hunter alone and losing in the end. Always kill the weakest character you see so you can concentrate on the hard ones after. Fights in the arena can take as long as you want them too, so don't be in a hurry to finish, take your time, do everything right and you will see that you will win.
I listed in this World of Warcraft PvP guide just the basics tips and strategies which you can use in any bracket. By using these, even without a more detailed World of Warcraft PvP guide, I'm sure that anyone can make a stand in WoW PvP arena and get the items he craves for. Not to mention some great titles and the fame that goes with it.
If you really want to rule WoW arena, I strongly recommend a detailed World of Warcraft PvP Guide. In order to help you choose wisely, I have analyzed quite a few guides and I put the top quality ones in this WoW PvP Guide Review.

World of Warcraft Leveling Guides - Zygor Guides Review

I can personally say that I have bought and tested all the quality World of Warcraft leveling guides on the web, I can quite confidently say that the Zygor guides owns the competition... by far. After numerous tests I finally stuck with Zygor. The one thing that makes Zygor guides rise above its competitors is its extremely easy to follow/install step-by-step addon that makes leveling your character so simple and smooth. If you feel like leveling your character is a big chore or burden, then the Zygor leveling guides are for you. Using his guide not only makes leveling heaps faster but most prominently it makes the process so much more fun. Aren't computer games meant to be fun to play after all?
Zygor's addon will automatically choose the best and most efficient quests for you. With this guide you wont be throwing away time completing those useless gray quests that slow you down and give bad rewards. Even though the addon was created to level you through levels 1 to 80 as quick as possible, Zygor makes it unexpectedly pleasing and soothing.
There are so many awesome features that come with the Zygor guide, but I'd like to talk about one in particular, the way-point arrow. If you want to get to a certain spot on the map just set up a way-point and an arrow will appear on your HUD and guide you straight there. There's no need to check your map after that.
All you have to do is install Zygor and you can count on it to get you to level 80 in a record time. Really, all you have to do is follow its instructions. Seems straightforward huh?

A New FREE World of Warcraft Gold Guide

The demand for strategies on how to effectively make gold on World of Warcraft is very high. Players are paying hundreds of real dollars to buy thousands of online gold. Gold-selling advertisers spend big bucks to drive traffic to their sites, but selling gold wrecks the in-game economy. Not to mention it's a violation of the Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement of the game, and can result in having the player account banned.
Because of the need for gold-making strategies, various gold guides have been created. These guides are the response to the illegal gold trade, and usually contain valid, useful information on how to LEGALLY make gold in the game. The prices of the guides vary wildly, from as little as $5 to as much as $50.
On the expensive end of the spectrum, the guides tend to be thick and pretty. But often the thickness comes in the form of filler. A 4-page list of what vendors sell what rare recipes is an easy way to 'bulk up' a guide, even though the value it offers is miniscule. Some guides make liberal use of graphics to increase their size without adding value.
Even though the expensive guides may be more fluff than they are worth, the content is usually still pretty good. The high-end guides have an obligation to keep their guides updated, which is necessary considering the number of changes that Blizzard has implemented in the game. Some of the cheaper guides will sometimes offer out-dated advice, such as farming Scarlet Monestary cemetary for green and blue drops to disenchant. (Blizzard nerfed that place a year ago, and the mobs only drop copper, but I still see guides that recommend that as a gold-making strategy).
The exception to that rule about cheap sites is http://www.makewowgold.com. It was always priced 'for the price of a burger'...much cheaper than many other strategy guides, yet is continuously updated. The author claims he just wanted to recover some costs for web-hosting and his time, not retire to the Caribbean.
But the competition for gold guides is so high now, and few of them contain 'new' information. They all contain the same tips, for the most part. Some are 'beefier' than others, but that just means that the guides are filled with strategies that are not as good. There are really only a few best practices. So, in the spirit of getting the information in the hands of the players reasonably, MakeWoWGold is providing a free username/password right on its main page.
This is the first time a Warcraft Gold Guide that once charged a fee is being offered for free. And while the site is not perfect, and is not huge, the core content is solid and worth a read. It covers the basics of Auction House sales, mobs to kill, Professions, etc. Its focus is educational...teaching players HOW to think about making gold, in addition to the basic "go here and kill X". There is a "Myth" section which helps correct some wrong-headed thinking that many players have about making gold.
One of the advantages to having a cheap, or even free wow gold guide is that most of the expensive guides offer money-back guarantees. So, if you read the free guide, and learn a bunch of strategies, then buy an expensive guide and it has mainly the same strategies, you can get a refund for the expensive guide...with a clean conscience, since it did not really teach you anything new. So if you think that those expensive guides really do have a secret that a free guide does not, you are a little safer to try them out since you have a legitimate reason to ask for a refund if there is really very little new information.
You can find out more by visiting http://www.makewowgold.com

Five Top World of Warcraft Add Ons

One of the best decisions Blizzard made when programming World of Warcraft was to open the user interface (UI) to allow players to create custom modules that can display various information about the world in new and creative ways. World of Warcraft add ons let anyone with a little programming knowledge remake the interface of the game into their vision of what it should be and allow the rest of us easy access to tons of great information that wouldn't otherwise be as easily available.
First, just in case you're worried about violating the WoW terms of service for using add-ons, let me assure you that Blizzard has absolutely no problem with players using them. They won't help you troubleshoot problems with add-ons should you install one that doesn't work right but you're free to use as many as you want to!
Here's a top ten list of what I've found to be the most useful World of Warcraft add ons:
5. KLH Threat Meter
KLH Threat Meter is like a damage meter except that instead of showing the damage you're taking, it records the threat that you're generating. By monitoring all the abilities you use and checking your talents, armor set bonuses and buffs, this add on can recreate the threat list of a mob. This makes tank transitions simple and allows DPS classes to maximize their damage output without pulling aggro.
4. Titan Panel
Tital Panel adds an entire suite of useful information and controls to bars that can be displayed on the top or bottom of your screen. This World of Warcraft add on allows you to easily turn on and off modules like coordinate display, experience points earned per hour, group loot type, equipment condition and cumulative bonuses, honor points, sound, volume, and much much more.
3. Atlas
WoW Atlas provides detailed maps for instances, battlegrounds, and other popular areas within World of Warcraft. These maps are high quality (like those you might find in strategy guides) and the add on has a built-in in-game map browser that loads off your existing UI map. No more getting lost in instances!
2. Natur Enemy Cast Bar
This add on not only displays who your target is focusing its attacks on but also its full casting bar including a timer that lets you see exactly when a spell is going to be cast so you can time interrupts and counter-spells with exact precision. It also displays timers for gains (buffs, heals over time), cooldowns, DoTs and debuffs like stuns or polymorphs.
1. Scrolling Combat Text
This World of Warcraft add on is a fairly simple but very configurable mod that adds damage, heals, and events (dodge, parry, windfury, etc.) as scrolling text above your character - much like what already happens above your target. This makes it easier to concentrate on the battle without having to watch your regular combat chat window to see how much and what damage you're taking. WoW has a built-in scrolling combat text option but this add on takes what's good about that and adds a bunch of great features.

World of Warcraft - A Beginner Guide For New Players

World of Warcraft or WoW as we know it, is a virtual online gaming zone with a multiplayer facility that enables players from across the world to play together and combat the various quests that can be undertaken in this enchanting medieval world of pulsating adventure. Our very first view of the world of Azeroth, was in the initial Warcraft - Orcs and Humans, but the latest version is a comprehensive presentation of this wonderful world that has the most beautiful graphics and picturesque scenery.
The World of Warcraft derives its concepts from the real warcraft universe, thereby making a revolutionary move in the world of online gaming. There are several exciting quests and the breathtaking adventures can lead you to some very tricky zones that are mind-boggling and can get you all confused. So, to help you overcome these obstacles and understand the game more clearly, we will focus on the basic structure of the game.
When you begin, you will find that you are a part of one of the two combating teams, the good Alliance, which includes humans, gnomes, dwarfs and night elves or the evil Horde that includes Taurens, Orcs, Trolls and the Undead. It is therefore essential that you choose which side you want to be on and this can only be decided by the type of server you will be using. There are three server types, the Player versus Environment PvE, Player versus Player PvP and thirdly the Role Playing or RP server.
The PvE also known as the normal server is where you will be combating virtual characters instead of fighting human players. You are allowed to use up to 10 characters from both teams by switching over from one team to the other. You may also need to flag and enter the PvP zone if you are encountered by an intimidating race. The PvP is a more intense and competitive gaming arena, as you are faced with constant challenges the moment you are flagged when you leave the starting point and enter the combating area. You can still play with 10 characters but you can choose only one team. The RP server is where the player talks and behaves like the character the player chooses to play with.
Once you have decided which server to use, you must concentrate on the characters that you choose to play with. It is important to have the right combination of characters to carry out your action because different characters have different abilities. As bonuses can be collected for each race undertaken, it is vital to select a character with attributes that are perfect for a particular race. There are nine classes to choose from, the Warriors, Paladins, Druids, Shamans, Mages, Priests, Hunters, Rogues and Warlocks, all of which have their own skills and talents.
Now that you have understood the characters, you are ready to embark on one of the World of Warcraft quests. Non-players or village inhabitants are the ones who will give you the quests and also sell items of use to you as well as repair your damaged armour. When you have successfully completed all the quests in the village where you started, you proceed to the next village where you will be given new quests. The best way to travel around is by foot, as it is the safest and keeps you from encountering too many enemies. The more quests you complete, the better you will become and the higher you will go up in level and soon you shall be a master in the World of Warcraft gaming zone.
